Study on toned background - oil on canvas - 30cm x 40cm
Not the way I usually work - but I had wiped out a previous attempt
and decided to work on the toned backround that resulted
from the wipeout.
There's nothing too laboured about this little work
and it was a joy to do it this morning before facing the duties of the day.
