Ian Kiernan was the subject of our workshop at the Gawler Art Society yesterday. The enthusastic band of artists joined in the challenge and produced a remarkable series of portraits in the limited time. I promised to post my own version of the portrait - and here it is. By way of background information, Ian Kiernan was the originator and still remains the driving force behind the Clean Up Australia campaign and the annual Clean Up Days each year.
He is an example of the power of one and his efforts are to be applauded and supported.
Getting back to the workshop - I must thank everyone for the reception and I loved the hospitality - thank you all.
